We understand that pets are part of the family.

Kelperland Veterinary Centre has provided trusted care for sick and injured animals for over half a century.

We have stayed true to our traditional values and have maintained the same feel of a friendly, community practice now situated at the lovely location of Ledger Farm.

Our highly qualified team is trained to provide exceptional care for your pets. We all have our own pets and care for our client’s pets as though they are our own.

Join our Pet Club today and spread the cost of looking after your pets, and receive exclusive discounts on all vet services.

It is now a legal requirement to have your DOG microchipped. For a limited time only we are offering £10 off microchipping. Click here to get your discount voucher.

“Very happy”

“I’ve been taking my Bengal cats to Kelperland for the past two years. Our cats have been neutered and vaccinated here and we have been very happy with all the care and advice provided.”

Veterinary services for all pets, great and small.

The veterinary profession has changed a great deal since we first started in the late 1950s, but we remain extremely passionate about providing the best care for you and your pets. Primarily we deal with dogs and cats, but you are welcome to bring in any pet – rabbits, ferrets, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc etc … just give us a call; we will help if we can!

This is an X-ray of Merle - a lovely cat whose owners brought him in to us because he had a hard swelling just behind his left ear. The X-ray confirmed our fears that it was a bullet, Merle had actually been shot. Remarkably, given how close the bullet was to his ear and brain, Merle is completely fine! He had a little procedure to remove the bullet which all went well. We saw him this morning for his post operative check and he was in great form. Unfortunately we still see occasional cases like this. Very sad. ... See MoreSee Less

Harpreet PangaliGlad kitty is ok. What an absolute mad world we live in that people get kicks from shooting poor defenceless animals for pleasure. Hope karma shoots its way over to these horrible people! (Not actually get shot just that something bad happens to them that they realise their evil ways)19 hours ago
